We had an very nice Christmas stay in a well-furnished and spacious room. It was so nice, with plenty of space for our luggage and more. The hotel's prime location near the subway station and taxi stand made exploring the city easy. having a small supermarket just a short walk away proved to be convenient. The friendly neighborhood created a warm and safe atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings.
The limited space in the room when accommodating a child. After converting the sofa into a bed for our daughter, there was not enough room left for our luggage.

The hotel was well-located, with easy access to transportation as it was near main transfer points. There were many sights near the hotel. The room had floor to ceiling windows which made it well-lit and spacious. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly.
There were not enough sun loungers by the pool for all guests to use comfortably.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was perfect! We didn't have to rely on transportation as everything was within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants nearby too. This hotel was sparkling clean and had great facilities. We loved the breakfast and the staff were friendly. They were always available to help.

We loved the rooftop pool area and the complimentary drink on arrival. Had a slight issue with a clogged sink, but the friendly staff took care of it right away. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Olivia Balmes.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue, which is situated in a very nice area opposite Passeige De Gracia. This hotel is in a central area with the metro at just 20 meters away. The staff was very helpful, providing amenities, car hire, and even helping with flower arrangements. We were surprised by the welcome package, which had champagne and cake in the room.
